Using instruction:
1.Soak the stone in the water for 5-15 minutes, and then put it on a steady platform. Sharpening the kniveswith one or two steps is decided by the degree of blunt tool.
Step 1: Coarse grinding, used to repair the seriously dam aged edge,suitable for blunt knives.Hold the knifeat an angle of 10 – 30 deg, grind the edge on the surface of stone back and forth with gentle pressure,and sharpen it until the edge sharp enough. After sharpening the tool, it needs to be honed with coarse grindingafter half a year. Also depends on the specific situation.
Step 2: Fine grinding, a necessary step to eliminate burrs of the edge.Use more gentle pressure,repeat step 1, and repair the edge until smoothly and keenly. General speaking, use it once a week to keep yourblade sharp.
2.Please wipe it with wet cloth or rinse it with water after sharpening the tool, and then dry it. Clean the stonesurface with a soft brush and put it in the air to make it dry.
200 /400 /600 Grit wet stone—- It suited mainly as a grit to use after a coarser grit and prior to a finer grit.
800 /1000/1500/2000 Grit wet stone—-This grit have enough abrasive properties to do sharpen knives and tools that are not very dull.
3000 /4000 /6000 Grit wet stone—- Make edge of most knives and tools extremely sharp.
5000 /8000 Grit wet stone—- Use to polish edge and make it smooth and bright.

1000/3000 внешне качество хорошее. Поверхность ровная без изъянов, На рабочих плоскостях в сухом состоянии есть равномерный прогиб вдоль бруска до 0,2 мм. Позже замочу, проверю на мокром. В любом случае, надо доводить, как минимум, сгладить кромку.
Дополнительно получил брусок, 240/800 (тоже в отличном состоянии, тоже с прогибом до 0,2 мм).
Все бруски укомплектованы резиновыми подкладками.), Большое спасибо!
Дополнительно пришла деревянная подставка (брусок устанавливается в неё через резиновую подкладку), не уверен, что мне это нужно, но спасибо.
Дополнительно получил приспособу для заточки ножей. Вряд-ли пригодится, но тоже спасибо.
