• 4-5 cherry tomatoes, cut into half
• 2-3 fresh basil leaves
• 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
• 4-6 marinated olives
• 2 slices of multi-grain bread
• Salt to taste
• Cracked black pepper to season

Method

1. Arrange the broccoli florets on a baking dish and season them with salt and cracked black pepper. Drizzle 1 tbsp of pickling oil from the marinated olives over the seasoned broccoli and mix them well.
2. Roast them in the oven at 200-225 degrees Celsius for 8-9 minutes.
3. Remove from the oven and keep it aside to cool.
4. Season the spring onions with salt and cracked black pepper and put them onto the grill.
