Weber grills are synonymous with quality and classic design.

Since the founder invented the kettle grill in the 1950s, the brand has been around.

Since then, the company has kept the iconic bowl-shaped charcoal grill…

…but also introduced gas grills, electric grills, wood pellet grills…

…and more-as well as grilling accessories…

…such as grill thermometers and briquettes.

Weber grills are known for intelligent design, solid construction…

…and generous warranties, whether you’re looking for a large…

…stationary grill to cook for a crowd or a lightweight…

…portable option for camping, tailgating, and more.

Before we move on to next section, let’s hear Jonathan’s story…

I was distraught because I could no longer use my gas or charcoal grill

as soon as I moved into a condo.

Despite my expectations, I was not impressed by the electric grill!

My expectation was that it would be like the griddler I used to have many years ago…

just not so much. I decided, however, that I really wanted a grill for my porch, so I bought one.

I decided to buy the Weber because they usually have good products.

I got the grill yesterday. Setting it up was effortless.

It only took a few minutes to attach the lid and handle.

Then I tried some chops. I was suprised!

This grill performed just like a regular gas grill,

except that it did not run out of propane before I did.

According to the directions, I let it warm up on high for 20 minutes.

Then I added these really thick pork chops and heard them sizzling.

Then I flipped them over and seared the other side.

It just took a few minutes to cook them perfectly. Although there was smoke, nothing burned.

The chops were perfectly juicy. I was very impressed.

I even told my best friend she needed to get one of these. It doesn’t use charcoal or gas.

All you need to do is plug it in and you’re ready to cook.

There are no words to describe how happy I am.

It’s time to get started…

How to Choose a Weber Grill

Size

Consider how much space you have for your grill, as well as your cooking preferences.

Will you cook for two or will you entertain?

Do you prefer a small grill that you can move around easily?

Take your needs into consideration when choosing a grill.

Fuel

There are pros and cons to both charcoal and gas fuel.

Almost every grocery store and gas station sells charcoal…

…so you won’t have to go far to get it.

Gas, however, is more convenient once you have it…

…you simply turn a knob to start the fire…

…and you don’t have to wait for coals to burn down before you can begin cooking.

Grill Material

You want to pick a grill material that will hold up well to the elements…

…such as sun, rain, snow, hail, and wind.

Stainless steel can discolor when heated…

…but it won’t rust or corrode if it rains or snows.

Enamel steel is durable, but eventually it can crack or chip…

…resulting in rust under the surface.

Here’s the main thing…
