- First, it begins by mixing flour and sugar, then adds ground cinnamon and stirs thoroughly. Then adds the butter and kneads the dough with the hands until everything is well combined. That’s it.
- It’s time to stop kneading when the dough comes together and you can roll it into a ball.

- Roll the dough into balls
- Smooth them out
- Shape them with a fork
Now, Let’s Process The Dough!
- To begin, roll the dough into 25-gram balls (a little bit more than 1 tablespoon). Alternatively, you can split the dough and roll them into balls.
- Then, in the second step, flatten the balls by pressing them flat with the back of a measuring cup or a flat-bottomed glass. Don’t forget to cover the dough with parchment paper so that the glass or measuring cup doesn’t stick to it. You can also use the palm of your hand to flatten them.
