Bend the metal strip with the needle-nose pliers, using your printed shape as a guide. To get a straight bend, hold your pliers at a 90-degree angle. To close your cookie cutter, keep in mind that the two ends must overlap.
It can be helpful to draw a line where you want your fold to be. To get a more exact shape, make a mark with your pencil. You may also make smooth curves with a pencil or other spherical objects.

Method One: Aluminum Foil
This is by far the simplest approach for learning how to manufacture cookie cutters. In comparison to the other two, there isn’t a lot of cutting and the foil doesn’t have any sharp edges. If you’re working with children, the only part you’ll need to supervise is the gluing.
To begin, rip a sheet of aluminum foil in half. You can use whichever foil you have on hand, but heavy-duty foil will help you keep the shape. It should be around a foot long. After that, put the sheet out on a level surface. It’s best if the longest side is horizontal.
Fold the foil up a half inch on one of the longer sides. Wrap the foil around itself again and again until you have a long strip. By creasing the metal in different directions, you may form the strip into the desired shape. Use super glue to hold the aluminum together once it has been shaped into the proper shape. Allow time for drying before using.
