The Hose Doesn’t Properly Retract
If you have a pull-out spray from your kitchen faucet, you’ve probably noticed that with time, the hose stops retracting properly and you have to push it back in manually to get it back to its original position.
When a weight is attached to the end of a hose, gravity causes it to retract. Make sure you haven’t lost any weight. As a last resort, it’s possible the faucet’s old hose is poking out of it. In this scenario, a new hose may be all that is needed.
A lack of water flow
