Once you find one that feels good, cut off the top and bottom so that only the middle remains intact. Then peel away the outer layer using a vegetable peeler until you reach the juicy pulp inside. Now get rid of the seeds by slicing into each side of the seed cavity. This way you won’t end up with bitter tasting tea after you brew it. Finally, chop up the pieces of mango and place them in a pot along with water. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Cover the pot and let simmer for about 10 minutes before removing the lid. Allow it to cool down completely before serving. That’s pretty much it!
