that’s just my perspective, but I used to think I could get away
with using only canned tomatoes, but fresh tomatoes…
…make all the difference! Salsa is best made with fresh tomatoes,
…especially when they are well-ripened and in season.
This is, without a doubt, my favorite salsa recipe,
and I doubt I’ll ever need another. It just has the ideal proportions
…and balance of ingredients.
It’s not too oniony or garlicky, and it’s not too spicy for my kids;
it doesn’t taste canned, and the fresh lime adds just..
