How To Get Brownies Out Of Pan Without Destroying It

Grease and flour the frying pan

• To pull brownies out of the pan, gently grease the pan with butter, shortening, or baking spray. I use a pastry brush or a paper towel to oil the whole pan, being careful to go into all four corners.
• Once the pan has been buttered, add 1 tablespoon of flour and shake to coat completely. Shake out the excess flour by turning the pan over.
• Bake the brownies according to the recipe guidelines, then cool fully before flipping the whole brownie cake onto a dish.

Sweetened Cocoa Powder should be used to dust the pan

• When you want to add a little more chocolate flavor to your brownies, use cocoa powder instead of flour to dust the pan.
