How To Use Meatball Maker
- Measure the desired quantity of meat needed for the batch size using the meat ball measuring scoop included in the package.
- Put the measured amount of meat into the hopper.
- Close the lid and move away
- Turn the dials counterclockwise.
- Rotate the dials slowly while making sure they don’t spin too fast.
- Open the lid.
- Check if the meat has been mixed well
- Carefully lift the end cap covering the opening of the casing.
- Slowly push the end cap aside.
- Insert the tip of the knife into the hole created by the end cap.
- Push the casing forward.
- Pull the casing toward you to allow the casing to expand.
- Gently squeeze the casing around the meat ball.
- Twist the casing to tighten.
- Repeat steps 11-14 until the casing is tight around the meat ball. Leave the meatball to stand for 15 minutes before cooking.
