How to Clean Commercial Blender
- Never put the container or base of the blender in the dishwasher.
- Assemble the blender component separately from the base.
- To the blender’s container, add water that is less than 115 degrees Fahrenheit and a non-sudsing detergent.
- Scrub and rinse the container, feeder cap, and inside lid to remove any residue.
- Fill 14 percent of the blender’s container with new cleaning solution and set it on the base.
- Replace the container’s lid.
- 2 minutes on the highest setting of the blender.
- Remove the solution and refill the container with new water; run for another 2 minutes.
- With a sponge or soft cloth, wipe off the blender container, lid, and feeding cap.
- Wipe the exterior of the base clean using a moist sponge or cloth.
- Dry the base completely and brush away any food particles from the power cable.
- Disconnect the blender’s power cord and detach the container from the base.
- Examine the blades of your container for signs of wear and broken or loose blades.
- If required, replace the blades.
- At least every 90 days, inspect the condition of your container assembly.
- Replace any damaged components of your container assembly.
